Village Hall Publications

ACRE produces a wide variety of different publications for village hall management committees. These are available from your Rural Community Action Network member in hard copy and electronic versions depending on their membership structure.

The management and financial procedures of your hall should be embedded in your constitutional structure and be clear and transparent. ACRE produces a range of different types of documents that will assist any hall management committee.

Model documents

Trust Deed A for freehold property and Trust Deed B for leasehold property together with a Model Lease are Charity Commission approved.

Every hall needs a Hiring Agreement. ACRE's model provides a a comprehensive agreement and all the information you need to consider when hiring out your hall.
