Hallmark 3
Hallmark 3 examines the role of the hall in the community and how it interacts with its users and the wider community.
Hallmark 3 concentrates on community awareness, in particular: communication with the community, communication with users and communication within the committee. It looks at the general appearance of the hall, access to and around the hall and the accessibility of the hall. It covers forward planning and development including energy efficiency and the financial sustainability of the hall. Hallmark 3 looks beyond what has to be done legally and requires the management committee to be working with the community and its users, including marketing the hall and building its profile in the centre of the community.
It is not possible to receive Hallmark 3 unless your hall has completed and been approved for Hallmark 1 and Hallmark 2.
