Member Areas

Please make sure you type your user name and password into the sign in boxes. Cutting and pasting does not work!

The generic user name and password for your organisation will only allow you access to the RCAN member's area. Your individual user name and password will allow you access to the RCAN member's area and any other subject led members areas you belong to.

The RCAN members' area is for all RCAN staff and trustees. You will find ACRE Circulars, a calendar of RCAN events with booking forms, agendas, programmes etc. Also quick links to new briefings, policy position papers, news and views.

This area is for staff within the Rural Community Action Network (RCAN) who support groups running and managing rural community buildings.

This area is for anyone working on rural services and has different sections such as a discussion forum, an area to develop and respond to consultations, a space to file documents and images and a calendar for event details.

Please sign in (at the top right hand side of page) then go to the Community Led Planning page and click on the right hand menu 'Members Area'.

RCAN Enterprise members

The RCAN Enterprise members area has been created for all those RCAN members who are involved in social enterprise or business activities. Membership is open to any RCAN staff member or trustee who is involved in this activity for or on behalf of any RCAN member. If you would like to join the RCAN Enterprise members area please contact Melanie Fouracre.

ACRE Standards

The ACRE Standards Members' area has been set up for Rural Community Action Network (RCAN) Member Lead Quality Staff, Trustee Quality Champions, ACRE Accredited Peer Reviewers, other RCAN Member Staff with an interest in performance improvement and ACRE to communicate and share information and best practice.

Digital and Broadband

This area is for all staff within the Rural Community Action Network (RCAN) who are working on digital connectivity, technology, access to digital services and broadband.

Regional Coordinator Members

This area is for Regional Coordinators and those members of RCAN staff who attend regional coordinator meetings.

Climate Change Members Area

This area is for RCAN members working on aspects of climate change including Fuel Poverty, Energy Generation, Calor FREE and the Environment.

ACRE Reference Group Members

This area is for RCAN Members and staff of the Rural Communities Policy Unit (RCPU) in Defra and other stakeholders (where relevant) to discuss and consult on policy issues. Membership is by invite only.

ACRE Governance Members Area

This area is for the ACRE Board of trustees and ACRE staff only. Trustees will need to sign in above for the link to the ACRE Governance Members area on this page to work.
