Rural Community Buildings Network Introduction The Rural Community Buildings Network (RCBN) was set up in July 2006 by Defra who provide its secretariat. It has been organised to improve communication on matters that affect rural community buildings; share information and best practice; and provide a unified voice to influence local and central government. This gives those with a shared interest in rural community buildings, including parish councils, community building managers and advisers the unique opportunity to work together. Terms of reference
