Officer/ PA to the Chief Executive
Melanie joined ACRE in January 2004, in a part-time role, providing support to the Corporate Services department. In October 2006, she was also appointed as part-time PA to the Chief Executive – so Melanie now works full time, undertaking two separate roles. Following internal reorganisation in the summer of 2007, Melanie’s duties were changed, and now include:
Supporting and assisting the development of the Performance Improvement Programme and a programme of network training and development
Continued development of systems, processes and mechanisms for managing the PI programme and recording RCCs’ progress
Development, promotion and management of a Performance Improvement e-group
Providing PA support to ACRE’s Chief Executive.
Melanie’s work experience covers both the commercial and voluntary sector. She has worked as an administration officer at the W Surrey & NE Hampshire Community Health Council and an education administration officer for NCH Cotswold Community.
