Karen Harvey

ICT & Design Officer

Karen joined ACRE in 1999 as part of the administrative team. She has an ACITP Certificate in Web Design and is currently studying for an ACITP Certificate in Computer Programming. Karen took up the position as ICT & Design Officer in July 2005 and is responsible for:

• Managing ACRE’s ICT network system, telephone system, strategies and procedures/protocols

• Managing, designing and maintaining the website and databases

• Design of electronic and printed publications, surveys, forms, marketing material etc.

• Maintaining ACRE’s corporate image and branding

• Supporting and training staff on IT issues.
  

Karen previously worked for an engineering firm. She lives in Cirencester and is the coordinator of the local branch of Cats Protection and regularly fosters cats before placement in permanent homes.
