Northamptonshire ACRE
Northamptonshire ACRE is the Rural Community Action Network (RCAN) member for the county of Northamptonshire. It is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and is supported by grants from Local/District Authorities along with other agency/partnership funding, and through subscriptions and donations.
“Working with rural communities to improve the quality of life for all” Its aims are to help enhance the quality of life for people living in the rural areas of the county, particularly those disadvantaged through lack of access to services, and to support and advise rural communities and rural community groups on rural and community development issues.
We work closely with voluntary groups as well as town and parish councils.
