ACRE prepares Briefings on topics of interest to its membership in RCAN (the Rural Community Action Network) and others.The Briefings are produced primarily for our members but are also of wider relevance. ACRE Briefings are written often in response to new initiatives or proposals including government policy announcements and the like.

ACRE responds to a diverse range of national consultations in topic areas that we believe that we should seek to influence because of the potential impact upon rural communities and our membership in RCAN.
